Sri P.N.Pandit, A.P.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>06   17-08-2010                 Today again when the aforesaid cases were called out,<\/p>\n<p>                    none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press this<\/p>\n<p>                    petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. However, learned<\/p>\n<p>                    Addl. Public Prosecutors appearing on behalf of the State in all the<\/p>\n<p>                    three cases are present. On 13.8.2010 also none had appeared on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        behalf of the petitioner when the cases were called out. However,<\/p>\n<p>        the cases were adjourned for the day with an indication that no<\/p>\n<p>        further adjournment shall be granted.
