Assistant Registrar\n      Examination Branch, DU............................                           ............................\n\nThe PIO replied:-\n<\/pre>\n<p>        This has reference to the above original application. It is informed that the post of<br \/>\nArtist in the Department of Botany was created vide Executive Council Resolution No.<br \/>\n305 dated 27th January. 1963 under third five year plan. This is a Non-Academic Post and<br \/>\nthe University Grants Commission had approved the pay scale of Rs. 210-10-290-15-320-<br \/>\nEB-15-425 for the post.\n<\/p>\n<p>        No post of Assistant Registrar was created under Third Five Year Plan.<br \/>\nThe information in respect of the post of Research Association under Third Five Year Plan<br \/>\ncould not be traced.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The appellant can prefer an appeal against the decision before the Appellant<br \/>\nAuthority with in 30 days. The name and particulars of the Appellate Authority are as<br \/>\n under: &#8211; Dr. A.K.Dubey, Registrar, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, Telephone-<br \/>\n27667853.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority ordered:-\n<\/p>\n<p>       &#8220;After considering the appeal, it is informed that the posts of Assistant Registrar<br \/>\nand Artists are not teaching posts and the post of Research Associate is an academic post.<br \/>\nNo public interest would be served in undertaking a research on the status of these posts<br \/>\nunder Third Five Year Plan.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Krishan Lal<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Deepak Vats PIO<br \/>\nThe appellant has been provided all the information. He seeks to establish that he was<br \/>\ntreated unjustly in terms of salary when he was in service. He insists that evidence of this<br \/>\nmust be given to him.
