Keoti, District Darbhanga.\n                                                                           -------Petitioner\n                                                Versus\n                       The State Of Bihar\n                                                                     -----Opposite Party\n                                             --------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   25\/10\/2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with a case registered for the offence punishable under Section<\/p>\n<p>                     394 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   In this case, instituted against unknown, petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                     name emerged during investigation in extra judicial confession of<\/p>\n<p>                     one of the apprehended suspect.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Submission is that except such confession, there is<\/p>\n<p>                     absolutely nothing against the petitioner, who has clean<\/p>\n<p>                     antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 If it is so, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before<\/p>\n<p>                     the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of Chief Judicial       Magistrate, Madhubani,       in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Madhubani Town P.S.
