When the<\/p>\n<p>result of the Ist year examination was declared, petitioners 1 to<\/p>\n<p>10 failed in the subject Physiology, 11th petitioner failed in the<\/p>\n<p>subject Microbiology, petitioners 12 to 15 failed in the subject<\/p>\n<p>Physiology and Microbiology, petitioners 16 and 17 failed in the<\/p>\n<p>subjects Physiology, Nutrition and Biochemistry. The 18th<\/p>\n<p>petitioner failed in Anatomy, Physiology and Microbiology and the<\/p>\n<p>19 the petitioner failed in Physiology, Microbiology, Nutrition and<\/p>\n<p>Biochemistry. They applied for revaluation and approached this<\/p>\n<p>Court complaining of delay and seeking orders to expedite the<\/p>\n<p>revaluation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent University.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
