JUSTICE A.N.JINDAL.\n\nPresent:    Mr.Rajinder Goyal, Advocate\n            for the petitioners.\n\n                         *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>A.N.JINDAL, J (ORAL):\n<\/p>\n<p>            The petitioners have filed the present petition under Article 227<\/p>\n<p>of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 16.03.2009<\/p>\n<p>passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pehowa vide<\/p>\n<p>which direction was issued to S.H.O. concerned to comply with order dated<\/p>\n<p>27.08.2008, passed by Additional Distt. Judge (Adhoc) Fast Track Court,<\/p>\n<p>Kurukshetra.\n<\/p>\n<p>            From the perusal of the order, passed by the learned Additional<\/p>\n<p>Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pehowa, it transpires that the intent and spirit<\/p>\n<p>of the order was only a direction to the S.H.O. to enforce the order dated<\/p>\n<p>27.08.2008, passed by the learned Additional Distt.
