KURIAKOSE,J.\n\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                             W.P.(C)No.8546 of 2007\n\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                             Dated: 14th March, 2007\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Adv.Mr.K.Prabhakaran, Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf<\/p>\n<p>of the K.S.R.T.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.   The   grievance   of   the   petitioner   who   is   a   Selection   Grade<\/p>\n<p>Conductor   of   the   K.S.R.T.C.   is   that   he   was   assigned   light   duty   as<\/p>\n<p>Store Issuer due to cardiac problems and that the 1st respondent has<\/p>\n<p>now refixed his salary in the post of Store Issuer. According to him,<\/p>\n<p>there has not been any change of category with the concurrence  of<\/p>\n<p>the P.S.C. and therefore he is entitled for salary which is applicable to<\/p>\n<p>his substantive post of Conductor. I do not propose  to examine  the<\/p>\n<p>genuineness of the above grievance. Ext.P1 representation has been<\/p>\n<p>submitted   by   the   petitioner   before   the   Managing   Director   of   the<\/p>\n<p>K.S.R.T.C.
