Following that, the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>for the petitioners states that the Chief General<\/p>\n<p>Manager, Telecom, BSNL, Kerala Circle has issued<\/p>\n<p>a decision dated 26th June, 2010 whereby the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent has been re-transferred to the<\/p>\n<p>Lakshadweep Islands. The second respondent is<\/p>\n<p>satisfied by such course. To have completion of<\/p>\n<p>the files, we record the fact that the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent  has  been  transferred  back  to  the<\/p>\n<p>Lakshadweep Islands and vacate the impugned order<\/p>\n<p>of  the  Tribunal,  however,  without  expressing<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC12987\/10          -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p> anything on merits.
