It is<br \/>\nsubmitted by him that the petitioner is working in the college of<br \/>\nrespondent No.4 since February, 2010 and that she has been appointed<br \/>\nafter following the due procedure. It is further submitted that the<br \/>\nDistrict Education Officer has granted approval vide letter dated<br \/>\n19.02.2010 and it is only thereafter, the respondent No.4 college has<br \/>\nissued an appointment order dated 22.02.2010. However, as the post<br \/>\nhas now been abolished as per the impugned order dated 07.12.2010,<br \/>\nthe salary of the petitioner has not been paid with effect from<br \/>\nNovember, 2010. It is submitted that the petitioner is working as<br \/>\nAssistant Teacher in respondent No.4 college, as of today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice,<br \/>\nreturnable on 17.01.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe meanwhile, it is directed that the respondents shall pay the<br \/>\narrears of salary of the petitioner, within a period of fifteen days<br \/>\nfrom the date of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\naddition to the normal mode of Service, Direct Service is also<br \/>\npermitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Smt.
