Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :14\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                             ----------------------------\n\n                       Bail Application No. 1556\/2007\n\n                             -----------------------------\n\n                  Dated this  14th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>             The   petitioner,   who   is   the   accused   in   Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.36\/2007 of Elathur Police Station for an offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>under   Section   25(1)(A)   of   the   Arms   Act,   1959,   for   allegedly<\/p>\n<p>having been found in possession of sword stick and three steel<\/p>\n<p>pipes   on   27.2.2007   and   who   was   arrested   on   the   same   day,<\/p>\n<p>seeks his enlargement on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Having regard to the nature of the  offences and the<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   the   petitioner   is     directed   to   be<\/p>\n<p>released   on   bail   on   his     executing   a   bond   for   Rs.   10,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for<\/p>\n<p>the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M, Koyilandi and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               (a).     The   petitioner   shall   report   before<\/p>\n<p>               the   Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.<\/p>\n<p>               and 11 a.m. on  all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>B.A.1556\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                    (b).     The   petitioner   shall   make   himself<\/p>\n<p>                    available   for   interrogation   as   and     when<\/p>\n<p>                    required by the police till the filing of the<\/p>\n<p>                    final report.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    (c).     The     petitioner   shall   not   influence<\/p>\n<p>                    or   intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                    nor shall he   attempt to          tamper   with<\/p>\n<p>                    the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     (d).    The petitioner shall not commit any<\/p>\n<p>                     offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
