Justice M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR\n\n Dated :13\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                              M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR, J.\n\n                            ------------------------------------------\n\n                                   R.P.NO.1007 OF 2006\n\n                                                in\n\n                                 W.P.C.NO.22502 OF2006\n\n                               -----------------------------------------\n\n                      Dated this the  13 th  day of December, 2006.\n\n\n                                            ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>                   This revision petition is filed challenging the judgment<\/p>\n<p>dated     20.10.06     where     under     the     petition   challenging   the<\/p>\n<p>dismissal   of   the   application   filed   for   amendment   of   the   plaint,<\/p>\n<p>under   Order   VI   Rule   17   of   Code   of   Civil   Procedure,   was<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.     Learned   counsel   appearing   for   petitioner   producing<\/p>\n<p>additional   documents   vehemently   argued   that   the   judgment<\/p>\n<p>warrants   review   in   view   of   the   mistake   committed   and   in   the<\/p>\n<p>interest of justice the mistakes are to be corrected.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.        The   scope   of   review   is   limited.     Unless   there   is<\/p>\n<p>apparent error or other sufficient reason, the judgment cannot be<\/p>\n<p>reviewed.   Attempt of petitioner is to convert the review petition<\/p>\n<p>into an appeal which cannot be allowed.  Even if the judgment is<\/p>\n<p>erroneous on that ground, it cannot be reviewed as sought for.\n<\/p>\n<p>R.P.NO.1007 OF 2006<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       3.       The   order   challenged   in   the   writ   petition   was   an<\/p>\n<p>interlocutory   order.     As   any   other   interlocuroty   order,   at     a<\/p>\n<p>subsequent   stage   on   evidence,   court   is   competent   to   take   a<\/p>\n<p>decision untrammeled by the observations in that order.
