Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>             This petition has been filed against the order dated 22.7.2009<\/p>\n<p>by which the evidence of the plaintiff-petitioners was closed by order.<\/p>\n<p>             Learned counsel states that if one opportunity is granted to the<\/p>\n<p>plaintiff-petitioners they would close their entire evidence at their own<\/p>\n<p>responsibility.   It would be in the interest of justice if one effective<\/p>\n<p>opportunity is granted to the plaintiff-petitioners to conclude their entire<\/p>\n<p>evidence at their own responsibility.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Consequently this revision petition is allowed. The impugned<\/p>\n<p>order is set aside.
