Respondent\n\n        Revision filed against the order dated 31.1.2003 in  I.A.No.474(A)  of\n2002 in O.S.No.108 of 2002, delivered by the District Munsif, Jayamkondam.\n\n!For Petitioner :  Mr.  G.R.Swaminathan\n\n^For Respondent :  ---\n\n:O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        This  revision  is  filed  against  the  order  of  dismissal  of  the<br \/>\napplication to send the signature found in the promissory note and compare  it<br \/>\nwith  the  signature  found in the affidavit filed in the Court which was made<br \/>\nmore than two years after the execution of the promissory note.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.  The  District  Munsif,  Perambalur  has  stated  that  a  disputed<br \/>\nsignature  is to be compared with any other signature which is contemporaneous<br \/>\nto the date on which the disputed signature was made and a signature which  is<br \/>\nnot contemporaneous, cannot be compared with.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.   Since, in this petition, there is a specific direction to compare<br \/>\nthe signature put by the petitioner in the affidavit filed by him in the suit,<br \/>\nthe learned District Munsif has rightly rejected this  claim.    There  is  no<br \/>\nillegality in this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.  Hence, the revision is dismissed.
