Heard       learned         counsels       for      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The       petitioners        being      the      family<\/p>\n<p>                   members      of    the     husband       are    apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   their    arrest      in    complaint       case     in     which<\/p>\n<p>                   cognizance        has    been     taken    under      Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   498A, 406 of the I.P.C. and Section \u00be of the<\/p>\n<p>                   D. P. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is alleged against the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   to    have    tortured      the    complainant        for   the<\/p>\n<p>                   sake    of    dowry       and     also    taken    away     the<\/p>\n<p>                   belongings of the complainant.<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted by the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for    the    petitioners         that    the     husband    is<\/p>\n<p>                   ready to keep the complainant as wife with<\/p>\n<p>                   full dignity and honour.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering         general       in      nature     of<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation, let the petitioners, Kari Sah,<\/p>\n<p>                   Meghu Sahu, Sitaram Sahu, Chander Devi, Arti<\/p>\n<p>                   Devi and Rinku Devi be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   the     aforesaid        undertaking       given      by     the<\/p>\n<p>                   husband before the learned court below in<\/p>\n<p>                   the event of arrest or surrender before the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       learned    court      below    within    a   period     of<\/p>\n<p>       twelve weeks from today in connection with<\/p>\n<p>       C.R.
