No.16863 of 2010\n                                    SUNIL PASWAN\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3    29.6.2010              Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                            There is case and counter case for the<\/p>\n<p>                 incident    of     the     same     day.    No    doubt     there   is<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation       of        assault     but        causing     simple<\/p>\n<p>                 injuries only.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Thus,      having      regard     to    the    facts     and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances         of    the     case,    in    the    event     of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioner shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing       bail        bond     of     Rs.     10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each   to    the      satisfaction          of    Chief     Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Madhubani in Bisfi P.S.
