The petitioners<\/p>\n<p>replaced their old gate and constructed a new gate on 19-6-2010.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioners, on a complaint filed by the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent before respondents 2 and 3, respondents 2 and 3 are<\/p>\n<p>harassing the petitioners, forcing them to demolish the new gate. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners therefore seek a direction to the 1st respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>Ext. P3 and take appropriate action to see that the petitioners are not<\/p>\n<p>harassed and intimidated for demolishing the gate.<\/p>\n<p>      2. This Court directed the learned Government Pleader to get<\/p>\n<p>instructions in the matter.      The learned Government Pleader, on<\/p>\n<p>instructions, submits that there is no harassment at the hands of<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 and 3.        It is true that the petitioners and the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent were summoned to the police station. But, learning that<\/p>\n<p>the matter is a pure civil dispute, the police have relegated the parties<\/p>\n<p>to their civil remedies and respondents 2 and 3 do not intend to take<\/p>\n<p>further proceedings in the mater.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In view of the above submission, the same is recorded and the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         Sd\/- S.
