                 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                              Cr.Misc. No.13306 of 2011\n                                       RAVI SINHA\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2    21.6.2011              Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n
                            Petitioner      and     co-accused        Ajay      took<\/p>\n
                 informant’s vehicle on hire for Chapra which was<\/p>\n
                 taken by informant’s son but did not return nor<\/p>\n
                 the   vehicle       came   back,       later    dead    body     of<\/p>\n
                 informant’s son was found in a well, according<\/p>\n
                 to learned counsel, near the house of co-accused<\/p>\n
                 that goes to show that act was of the persons<\/p>\n
                 who had hired the vehicle and petitioner is one<\/p>\n
                 of them.\n<\/p>\n
                            Hence,    prayer      for    bail    on     behalf    of<\/p>\n
                 petitioner is rejected.\n<\/p>\n
                            However,    the    trial     is     directed     to   be<\/p>\n
                 expedited.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
