Letters Patent Appeal No. 1038 of 2011:\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 3rd February<br \/>\n                2011 made by the learned single Judge in above CWJC No. 2045<br \/>\n                of 2011, the writ petitioner has preferred the present Appeal under<br \/>\n                Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">           Patna High Court LPA No.1038 of 2011 (5) dt.03-08-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                                        The appellant claims that he was selected for<br \/>\n                       appointment as Police Constable pursuant to the recruitment<br \/>\n                       process initiated by Advertisement Nos. 1 of 2004, 2 of 2004 and 3<br \/>\n                       of 2004. Since then a fresh recruitment process had commenced in<br \/>\n                       2009 by Advertisement Nos. 1 of 2009 and 2 of 2009.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                        The appellant filed the above writ petition for relief<br \/>\n                       to quash the Advertisement Nos. 1 of 2009 and 2 of 2009 for<br \/>\n                       selection of Police Constables and for the relief that vacancies<br \/>\n                       advertised in 2009 be filled in by the persons selected pursuant to<br \/>\n                       2004 recruitment process.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                        Neither of the aforesaid reliefs can be granted to the<br \/>\n                       appellant.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                        The Appeal is dismissed in limine.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n                                                      (R.M.
