2.   11.02.2011              Learned counsel for the petitioners submits<\/p>\n
                  that they have already represented before the<\/p>\n
                  Registrar of Co-operative Societies but no action is<\/p>\n
                  being taken upon the same.\n<\/p>\n
                             Counsel for the State submits that if that be<\/p>\n
                  so, the Registrar of Co-operative Societies be directed<\/p>\n
                  to examine matters and dispose it off in accordance<\/p>\n
                  with law. The Registrar of Co-operative Societies is<\/p>\n
                  directed    to   dispose   of   the   grievances   of   the<\/p>\n
                  petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order within
\n                              2<\/span><\/p>\n
           a maximum period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n
           receipt\/presentation of a copy of the present order.<\/p>\n
                   It is accordingly ordered and liberty is given<\/p>\n
           to file additional representation also, if so advised.<\/p>\n
                   The writ application stands disposed.<\/p>\n
