That on 28.06.2007 when the claimant was<\/p>\n
Vfproceeding on his motorcycle bearing registration<\/p>\n
No.KA–5l JW 6638 on V. Kota — K.G.F. main road in<\/p>\n
front of Milk Dairy at Vaddarahalli a bus bearing
\nQ\ufb01<\/p>\n
registration No. TN 345 AA 1879 came in a rash-..gand<\/p>\n
negligent manner and dashed against his <\/p>\n
as a result the claimant sustained grievbusvinjuriest V’<\/p>\n
Hence he filed a claim petition  <\/p>\n
seeking compensation of ‘aI\u00b01d<\/p>\n
Tribunal has awarded co1npe:nsation~.v_of– V<\/p>\n

ugawarded by the Tribunal is not just and reasonable, it<\/p>\n
is on the lower side and therefore it is deserved to be<\/p>\n

 condyle femur. fracture proximal middle phalanx of ring<\/p>\n
finger and fracture middle \ufb01nger. He further stated<\/p>\n
that immediately POP above knee slab was applied and
\n@<\/p>\n
8. Considering the nature of injuries, ?.45′,’\u00a3_)>00\/–<\/p>\n
awarded by the Tribunal towards pain <\/p>\n
on the lower side and it is deserved to   <\/p>\n
another sum. of $5,000\/– and izhiayxrlardrilgi<\/p>\n
