case. Accordingly. by applyingtlle (_3o1*reVcte..’1ntiltii_pclie’r, <\/p>\n
taking the monthly income  <\/p>\n

 V ‘rayppyellanit.’  The appellant has to bear this disability<\/p>\n
 his life. He has been admitted in the<\/p>\n
 l~lospi.ta:l for 26 days. Therefore. having regard to all<\/p>\n
 these aspects. we (1<\/p>\n
\u00a5,l”l it fit. to award a sum of<\/p>\n
Rs.20.000\/~ towards loss of amenities on account of
\ndisability as against Rs. 10.000\/~ awarded by ‘l’rib1.inal.<\/p>\n
9. The Tribunal has erred in awarcling a..Vn:.el2:ge1′<\/p>\n
compensation of Rs.6.000\/\u00ab towards futt\u00e9rel”ni’e–c:l’iea_l’<\/p>\n
expenses. As per the evicletieeof the’*–D’_octor;’,the”<\/p>\n
