As scheduled, the matter is called for hearing today dated\n12.3.2010. Appellant present. DDA is represented by Shri K.C. Surender,\nDy Director (CE). Shri Surender submits that a show-cause notice has\nbeen served on the opposite party in the intervening period. He assures the\nCommission that final decision will be taken in 06 weeks time.\n\n2.
