SIDDIQUE,\n        RESIDENT OF MOHALLA JAKARIA COLONY, SATPURA, P.S.\n        KAZI MOHAMMADPUR, DISTRICT MUZAFFARPUR.\n                                Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>8.   22.11.2010.                After some argument, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for    the    petitioner          Shri     Manish      Kumar,       in<\/p>\n<p>                   presence of Shri S. Dayal, learned Additional<\/p>\n<p>                   Public       Prosecutor        for        the     State,      seeks<\/p>\n<p>                   permission to withdraw this application with<\/p>\n<p>                   liberty      to   raise     all     the    pleas,      which       has<\/p>\n<p>                   been    taken     in    the   present       petition         or    any<\/p>\n<p>                   other point at appropriate stage.
