Shri Hajari Lal Meena has filed this appeal against the order dated 09 12 2005 of the Director (Estt ), Ministry of Home Affairs, the CPIO <\/p>\n<p>2. The matter was heard on 13 7 2006. The appellant was present in person while the Public Authority was represented by Shri Yashwant Raj, Joint Secretary(Admn) and Appellate Authority, Ministry of Home Affairs and Shri J B. Sinha, the then Director(Estt ), Ministry of Home Affairs.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. The Appellate Authority mentioned during hearing that the Ministry of Home Affairs is currently engaged in reviewing the rosters prepared during the last several years in order to carry out corrections where necessary and to give to the employees their due wherever it was found to have been denied to them The process, long and complex as it is, will take some time to be completed Giving out the old rosters to the appellant at this stage may not be very useful.\n<\/p>\n<p>4. The appellant agreed to wait for the revision of the rosters, as assured by the Appellate Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>5. The appeal is disposed of with the direction to the CPIO and the Appellate Authority that the roster revision work should be completed with speed and despatch  in any case not later than 3 months from now The appellant shall be provided a copy of the revised roster within 3 weeks of its completion and finalization by the competent authority <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Central Information Commission Shri Hajari Lal Meena, Section &#8230; vs Shri J.B.
