Civil Application is filed to extend time of two weeks to make<br \/>\nrepresentation, as per the order dated 17.01.2011 passed by this<br \/>\nCourt in Special Civil Application No.11021 of 2000.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIn<br \/>\npursuance of the order dated 17.01.2011 passed by this Court in<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application No.11021 of 2000, petitioners were required<br \/>\nto make representation to the District Collector within four weeks<br \/>\nfrom the date of order i.e. 17.01.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted by learned Advocate for the applicants that he had<br \/>\ninstructed his clerk to apply for certified copy of the said order,<br \/>\nhowever, Clerk made mistake and applied for certified copy of another<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application, therefore, applicants could not make<br \/>\nrepresentation within time. It is requested to extend time to make<br \/>\nrepresentation.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nheard learned Advocate for the applicants, present application is<br \/>\nallowed.
