No.9099 of 2011\n                                     DHARMNATH RAI\n                                               Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   29.03.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Addl. P.P. for the State assisted by the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 11.8.2010 in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Sessions Trial no. 867\/2010 arising out of Bheldi P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                   58\/2009 registered under sections 341, 324, 307, 379,504 and 506 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Allegedly, petitioner gave several dagger blows to the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant causing injuries on different parts of his body including<\/p>\n<p>                   Panjara and furthermore, he has also given dagger blow to the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant&#8217;s daughter but the learned counsel for the petitioner points<\/p>\n<p>                   out that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons<\/p>\n<p>                   from both sides sustained injuries. It is also pointed out by him that<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is own uncle of the informant and the alleged occurrence<\/p>\n<p>                   took place on account of childish quarrel and moreover, uptill now<\/p>\n<p>                   opinion regarding injuries of the informant has not been obtained by<\/p>\n<p>                   the Investigating Officer whereas he has already submitted charge<\/p>\n<p>                   sheet and charges have already been framed in this case.<\/p>\n<p>                              On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant<\/p>\n<p>                   opposed the prayer pointing out that the informant has received<\/p>\n<p>                   injuries on vital part of his body.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         submissions of the parties, let petitioner, Dharmnath Rai, be released<\/p>\n<p>         on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>         the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
