No.15423 of 2011\n                          Bipin Kumar Mandal, son of Sri Lal Mandal\n                                              Versus\n                                      The State Of Bihar\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   16.09.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner was refused bail by an order dated<\/p>\n<p>                  18.8.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. 27377 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The prayer for bail has been renewed on the ground that<\/p>\n<p>                  there is undue delay in trial.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the merits of the case, I am not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>                  grant bail to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The prayer for bail is once again rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                                 A report was called for from the Trial Court which has<\/p>\n<p>                  reported that on account of the fact that the co-accused Ashok Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                  Das @ Anuj Das and Nityanand Chaurasiya              have been sent to<\/p>\n<p>                  Munger Jail and Banka Jail respectively and are not produced for<\/p>\n<p>                  charge. Thus delay in the trial. The Trial Court has also submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                  he has communicated with the I.G. Prison, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, on<\/p>\n<p>                  several occasion to make arrangement of two accused persons but all<\/p>\n<p>                  in vain.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let this report be sent to the I.G.
