Chalienging the same, the present Appeai is\n\n\n\n5\n\n4. We have heard the leaned counsel appearingV"th'e_V_\n\nparties. The main contention of the learned couns_ei"'fo--r.'_~tfle \n\nappeilant before this Court is that the claim petitie.tj':wae:::n\u00abot "  \n\nmaintainable, as the risk of the clalmaet wasnot_co$i'ered .'\n\nthe Insurance Company.
