DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 11\/05\/2010 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>All<br \/>\n\tthese Criminal Miscellaneous Applications are filed in Criminal<br \/>\n\tRevision Applications No.200\/2010 to 206\/2010 which came to be<br \/>\n\tadmitted by this Court on 06.04.2010 by issuing RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tcomplainants are present in the Court as identified by learned<br \/>\n\tAdvocates for the complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner,<br \/>\n\taccused in all the above cases and complainants of respective<br \/>\n\tcomplaints have entered into notarised agreement \/ undertaking dated<br \/>\n\t10.05.2010 by which the modus is worked out for payment of<br \/>\n\toutstanding dues.  The above agreement is signed by all the parties<br \/>\n\tand copy of which is ordered to be taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>I<br \/>\n\thave heard learned Advocate for the accused and the complainants and<br \/>\n\tthey confirm the above understanding, terms and contents therein.<br \/>\n\tConsidering the above, the Agreement dated 10.05.2010 signed by the<br \/>\n\tcomplainants of all the complaints and the accused and subject<br \/>\n\tmatter of revision applications pending before this Court, I deem it<br \/>\n\tjust and proper to grant prayer in terms of Paragraph [4](c) of each<br \/>\n\tCriminal Miscellaneous Application namely CR.MA No.4969\/2010 to<br \/>\n\tCR.MA No.4975\/2010.  In view of the above, the accused petitioner in<br \/>\n\teach of the cases is ordered to be enlarged on furnishing personal<br \/>\n\tbond of Rs.5,000\/= and surety of the like amount each before the<br \/>\n\tTrial Court on fresh bond and same terms and conditions of bail to<br \/>\n\tbe furnished before the concerned Trial Court in each of the cases.<br \/>\n\tThese applications are allowed accordingly and Registry is directed<br \/>\n\tto place Criminal Revision Application No.200\/2010 to 206\/2010 on<br \/>\n\tBoard on 13th May, 2010.
