The<br \/>\n\tdelay of 1008 days is condoned in interest of justice as sufficient<br \/>\n\tcause is shown by applicant to the satisfaction of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,<br \/>\n\tpresent civil application is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>Registry<br \/>\n\tis directed to register MCA(ST) no. 2121\/2009 today as delay is<br \/>\n\tcondoned by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t ORDER<br \/>\nIN MISC CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1429\/10<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpresent application is filed to recall order passed by this Court in<br \/>\n\tSCA (ST) no. 18010\/2006 on 3\/11\/2006, wherein this Court has<br \/>\n\tdismissed matter in default as office objection is not removed in<br \/>\n\ttime.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\taverment made in this application supported with affidavit.  The<br \/>\n\torder passed by this Court on 3\/11\/2006 is recalled and main SCA<br \/>\n\t(ST) no. 18010\/2006 is restored to original file.
