The learned Government Pleader submits that<\/p>\n<p>the award amount would be paid shortly.<\/p>\n<p>     In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>with a direction that the petitioner shall not be required to<\/p>\n<p>vacate the land before payment of the compensation.<\/p>\n<p>                                              S.
