No.36129 of 2008\n    Manoj Kumar Chaudhary, Son of Laxmi Narain Chaudhary, Resident of Village Manihari, PS\n                           Manihari, District Katihar --- Petitioner\n                                           Versus\n                            The State Of Bihar ---- Opposite Party\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2        14.7.2011                      This application has been filed for quashing the order<\/p>\n<p>                            of cognizance dated 23.11.2007, passed by the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                            Magistrate, Purnea in Bhawanipur PS Case No. 84 of 2007, taken<\/p>\n<p>                            under Sections 147, 323, 341, 342, 427, 307 and 379 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                            Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a<\/p>\n<p>                            purely civil dispute arising out of the fact that there is a dispute<\/p>\n<p>                            regarding the title of the land.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        This aspect of the matter cannot be considered at the<\/p>\n<p>                            stage of taking cognizance.
