MUKHIYA, PAHARPUR GRAM PANCHAYAT, PAHARPUR,\n                  KAUWAKOL, NAWADA\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   18.1.2011               Annexure-7 is the order which, according to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                  is also addressed to him. This is the order passed by the District<\/p>\n<p>                  Superintendent of Education, Nawada by virtue of which services of<\/p>\n<p>                  Panchayat Teachers have been held to be invalid and payment of salary<\/p>\n<p>                  ordered to be stopped.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The Court has already taken note of such an order and<\/p>\n<p>                  power or jurisdiction of District Superintendent of Education, Nawada<\/p>\n<p>                  to issue such an order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In view of the matter if Annexure-7 relates to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                  the same stands quashed.
