Saraf, learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     and Sri Anil Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                     Respondent\/ Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur.<\/p>\n<p>                                The present writ petition was filed in the year 2008 with<\/p>\n<p>                     a prayer to direct the Respondents to pay all the retiral dues of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner. In this case, number of affidavits have been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                     University. Along with Supplementary Affidavit, which was filed in<\/p>\n<p>                     the month of February, 2009, the University has brought on record<\/p>\n<p>                     an order dated 14.02.2009, contained in Memo no.B\/25201-204<\/p>\n<p>                     passed by the Registrar of the University, which has been annexed<\/p>\n<p>                     as Annexure-E to the Supplementary Affidavit. Perusal of the order<\/p>\n<p>                     dated 14.02.2009 makes it clear that on the date of order, amount<\/p>\n<p>                     under the head of arrear of pension to the tune of Rs.3, 00,853\/- and<\/p>\n<p>                     difference of salary to the tune of Rs.50, 215\/- was outstanding.<\/p>\n<p>                                At the time of hearing, neither learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner nor learned counsel for the University was in a position to<\/p>\n<p>                     inform the Court as to whether the aforesaid dues have been cleared<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        or not.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      In view of the admitted position, the writ petition stands<\/p>\n<p>        disposed of directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent<\/p>\n<p>        no.3\/ Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur to<\/p>\n<p>        take all steps regarding payment of due amount as indicated in the<\/p>\n<p>        order dated 14.02.2009 passed by the Registrar of the University<\/p>\n<p>        within a period of two months from the date of receipt\/production of<\/p>\n<p>        a copy of this order, if the same has not been paid till date to the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      The writ petition stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                ( Rakesh Kumar, J.)<br \/>\nNKS\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Dr.(Prof.)Rudra Narayan Jha vs The Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur Uni on 4 November, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.10722 of 2008 Dr.(Prof.)Rudra Narayan Jha, Son of Late Rama Nath Jha, resident of Village- Gosaigawn, P.S.
