RAMKUMAR, J.\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Bail Application NO. 5699 of 2010\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                        DATED: 23-09-2010\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who<\/p>\n<p>is the first accused in CB CID Crime No. 237\/CR\/99 pending<\/p>\n<p>before    the     Judicial     First     Class       Magistrate   Court-III,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram, for offences punishable under Sections 419,<\/p>\n<p>420, 464, 468 and 471 read with Sec. 34 I.P.C.                    seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail. Petitioner surrendered on 31-7-2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.    Having regard to the nature of the                offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by               the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner from a future date.            Accordingly, the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>directed to be released on bail with effect from 28-09-2010 on his<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 5699 of 2010                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the J.F.C.M.III, Thiruvananthapuram, and subject to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         1.       Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer<br \/>\n         between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         2.      The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n         interrogation as and when required by the police till the filing<br \/>\n         of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         3.    The     petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n         prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to          tamper<br \/>\n         with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         4.
