On such deposit being made, the respondent\/respondents is\/are<br \/>\npermitted to withdraw 50% of the said amount deposited by the<br \/>\nappellant and the balance amount shall be invested by the Reference<br \/>\nCourt in FDR in the name of Nazir for a  period of five years.
