Pujara, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the<br \/>\nrespondents have not complied with interim order dated 14.10.2010 of<br \/>\nthis Court and nor has an affidavit-in-reply been filed in spite of<br \/>\nseveral opportunities having been granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>K.P. Raval, learned Assistant Government Pleader states upon<br \/>\ninstructions, that a Letters Patent Appeal has been filed against the<br \/>\nsaid order. However, the same has not yet been registered.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nlearned Assistant Government Pleader may file the affidavit-in-reply<br \/>\non, or before, 11.02.2011. The status of the Appeal may also be<br \/>\nindicated on that date. The learned Assistant Government Pleader may<br \/>\nalso inform the Court whether the above-mentioned order has been<br \/>\nimplemented or not.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\norder dated 14.10.2010, interim relief has been granted. However, in<br \/>\nsome orders, it is mentioned that the interim relief granted earlier,<br \/>\nin each of the petitions, shall continue, till the next date of<br \/>\nhearing. As the interim relief granted by order dated 14.10.2010 is<br \/>\nunlimited, it is clarified that the interim relief shall continue,<br \/>\nand is not limited till the next date of hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tList<br \/>\non 11.02.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p> (Smt.
