RAVINDRAN, J.\n             = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                W.P(C) NO.26265 OF 2007\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n          Dated this the 6th day of August, 2008\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                       &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>     The    petitioner,   a   part-time   Sweeper,         claims<\/p>\n<p>regularisation in service. After this Writ Petition was filed, by<\/p>\n<p>Government Order, G.O.(Ms) No.117\/2008\/H&amp;FWD dated<\/p>\n<p>22.4.2008, the Government have regularised       the services of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner with effect from 1.6.2003 against the sanctioned<\/p>\n<p>post of part-time Sweeper in Government Homoeo Dispensary<\/p>\n<p>at Parathodu.      The learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submitted that    in view of the said development, the Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition has become infructuous        and may, therefore, be<\/p>\n<p>closed as infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the Government Order dated 22.4.2008                 is<\/p>\n<p>incorporated as part of the records.<\/p>\n<p>                                    P.N.
