No.23246 of 2010\n                 RAKESH MOHAN SINGH son of late Ram Nawmi--------Petitioner.\n                                            Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   10.8.2010                Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner was married one while the marriage if was<\/p>\n<p>                 solemnized of the complainant with him. The only legally wedded wife<\/p>\n<p>                 is made accused in the case for the cruelty cause on her behalf while the<\/p>\n<p>                 marriage in itself is denied.
