For Relief No.3, he<\/p>\n<p>                    may take separate step.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Prayer is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The     petitioner,     who     retired     on<\/p>\n<p>                    28.2.2003       as   Reader,      Department         of<\/p>\n<p>                    Chemistry from Murarka College, Sultanganj<\/p>\n<p>                    under Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, has<\/p>\n<p>                    prayed   for     a   declaration       that     he   is<\/p>\n<p>                    entitled to get his pension revised in view<\/p>\n<p>                    of   Government      Resolution        No.820    dated<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        23.9.2009         and       also        for       merger      of     50%<\/p>\n<p>        Dearness     Relief          on        his    basis       pension    in<\/p>\n<p>        view   of    order           passed          by    this    Court     in<\/p>\n<p>        C.W.J.C.         No.3616          of     2010       (Dr.     Himanshu<\/p>\n<p>        Bhushan           Vs.
