2.      29.7.2011.               Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned<\/p>\n
                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                 It is submitted that offence under section 307 of the<\/p>\n
                     Indian Penal Code would not be made out in the back ground of the<\/p>\n
                     fact that occurrence took place due to quarrel between children of<\/p>\n
                     two families and for which case and counter case have been lodged<\/p>\n
                     and furthermore injury report attached with the case diary shows<\/p>\n
                     both injuries sustained by the injured are laceration, bruise, swelling,<\/p>\n
                     abrasion and bite mark to which the doctor opined to be simple in<\/p>\n
                     nature caused by hard and blunt substance.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions, let<\/p>\n
                     the petitioners, namely, 1.Ashok Singh, 2.Uday Singh, 3.Sanjay<\/p>\n
                     Singh @ Sanjay Kumar Singh and 4.Vikash Kumar in the event of<\/p>\n
                     their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of<\/p>\n
                     four weeks from the date of receipt\/communication of the order be<\/p>\n
                     released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five<\/p>\n
                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n
                     satisfaction of C. J. M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with<\/p>\n
                     Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.34 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
