Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :28\/11\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                                    V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                         -------------------------------------\n\n                            B.A.Nos.6992\/06 &amp; 6993\/06\n\n            -----------------------------------------------------------\n\n              DATED THIS THE 28th DAY OF   NOVEMBER, 2006\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The common petitioner in these applications for anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail   is   the   second   accused   in   Crime   Nos.366\/06   and   367\/06   of<\/p>\n<p>Kalpakancherry Police Station.  The case of the prosecution is that the<\/p>\n<p>first   accused   and   the   petitioner   herein   together   committed   theft   of<\/p>\n<p>three gas cylinders.  The criminal antecedents of the petitioner, are yet<\/p>\n<p>to   be   ascertained   by   taking   his   finger   print,   etc.   It   is   too   early   to<\/p>\n<p>conclude   that   the   petitioner   has   been   falsely   implicated.     I   am   not<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.  There is no reason<\/p>\n<p>why   the   petitioner   should   not   seek   regular   bail  in   each   of   the   cases<\/p>\n<p>after surrendering before the Magistrate concerned.
