Oza that he was busy in<br \/>\nanother matter and, if adjournment were granted, the petitions would<br \/>\nbe certainly argued on the next date irrespective of whether Mr.Oza<br \/>\nis available or not.  It was also jointly submitted that the main<br \/>\nmatter, being Special Criminal Application No.2208 of 2007, was<br \/>\nrequired to be heard first and hence, it was already tagged together<br \/>\nwith the group.  Learned A.P.P. Mr.Kodekar submitted that even though<br \/>\nearlier learned P.P. was appearing for the State, he himself would<br \/>\nargue on the next date of hearing, if learned P.P. is not available<br \/>\non that date.  Thus, it was submitted and agreed that the hearing may<br \/>\nbe adjourned and the matters may be posted for peremptory hearing in<br \/>\nthe second week of November 2008 when no party on either side would<br \/>\nseek any adjournment on any ground.
