Erie appellant-plaintiff. Later, mistake was noticed<\/p>\n
by the R510, therefore RTO called. upon the plaintiif ta<\/p>\n

\ncapacity of the vehicle. Accordingly, plaintiff has
\npaid the anmount. contending that he was raade. tcyrpay a<\/p>\n
