{"id":207001,"date":"2010-04-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-04-15T18:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/judgments\/raj-kumar-talreja-vs-the-state-of-madhya-pradesh-on-16-april-2010"},"modified":"2015-08-13T13:42:43","modified_gmt":"2015-08-13T08:12:43","slug":"raj-kumar-talreja-vs-the-state-of-madhya-pradesh-on-16-april-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/judgments\/raj-kumar-talreja-vs-the-state-of-madhya-pradesh-on-16-april-2010","title":{"rendered":"Raj Kumar Talreja vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 16 April, 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"docsource_main\">Madhya Pradesh High Court<\/div>\n<div class=\"doc_title\">Raj Kumar Talreja vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 16 April, 2010<\/div>\n<pre>                                   1\n\n\n\n\n                         W.P No.12883\/2007\n16.04.2010\n\n        Heard Shri Ashok Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner,\n\non the question of admission and interim relief.\n\n        The petitioner has filed this petition alleging inaction on the\n\npart of the police authorities in respect of an alleged commission of\n\ncriminal offence by respondent nos.4, 5 &amp; 6 inspite of a complaint<\/pre>\n<p>being filed by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Apparently, the petitioner is required to approach the police<\/p>\n<p>authorities specifically respondent no.2 with the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>        In such circumstances, the petition filed by the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent<\/p>\n<p>no.2 and other police authorities by filing a fresh complaint<\/p>\n<p>alongwith a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>petition and in case the petitioner does so within fifteen days from<\/p>\n<p>today, the said authority shall look into the same and deal with it in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>        With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed<\/p>\n<p>of.\n<\/p>\n<p>        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   ( R.
