Please provide information status of Concerned PIO replied that the letter was forwarded\n         action taken on my letter No. to SE(E) vide office letter dt 23\/10\/2009 copy was\n         AE(E)\/CCW\/JPR\/AC18\/2009-10\/285-      which was endorsed to J.S Singhal.\n         86 dated 30.06.09 ny the EE(E) - I ,\n         CCW, AIR New Delhi.\n\n2.       Status of the action taken on the speed Concerned PIO replied that his request for ex-posto\n         post letter dated 25.09.09.                facto approval was regarding medical test taken up\n                                                    without permission by SH Singhal which was\n                                                    forwarded to SE (E ).\n3.       Status of action taken on the letter Concerned PIO replied that matter was considered\n         09\/12\/09      via      letter    AE(    E) and JE( E), Jaipur has been advise to be careful\n         \/CCW\/JPR\/W-2\/708.                          while dealing with such documents.\n4.       Status of action taken on the letter dated Concerned PIO replied that the T.A bills for the\n         05\/07\/2010 regarding curtailment of period 02\/09 to 04\/09 has been settled as per rule, in\n         legitimate claim out of the TA bills for June 2010.\n         the month of Feb March and April .\n5.       Status of action taken on letter dated PIO replied that it was file as action was already\n         28\/07\/2010        letter      no     SSW- taken in the matter such as Singhal, then AE(E),\n         II\/PA\/2010\/342.                            Jaipur requesting for treatment at ISIC but it inspite\n                                                    of the permission being granted the treatment was\n                                                    not taken. The claims were settled as per rules.\n6.       Status of action taken via letter no Concerned PIO replied that the action was taken.\n         AE(E) \/CCW\/JPR\/AC18\/10-11\/268-69\n         dated 19\/10\/2010.\n7.       Status of action taken on letter Concerned PIO has not replied.\n         AE(E) \/CCW\/PPR\/14\/10-11\/160 &amp; 161\n         to 163.\n Grounds for the First Appeal:\nReply of the PIO was dissatisfactory.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nNot enclosed\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nInformation furnished by the PIO was not satisfactory..\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. J. S. Singhal;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>       Certain information has been provided to the Appellant but information on query-7 has not<br \/>\nbeen provided. The PIO is directed to provide the information on the action taken on the letter referred<br \/>\nto query-7 in the following format:<\/p>\n<pre>\n  Date on which                     Name and designation Action            Date on which forwarded\n  Complaint received                of                        taken        to\n                                    the officer receiving it.              Next officer\/office.\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>*there will be as many rows as the number of officers who handled the complaint.\n<\/p>\n<p>Attested photocopies of all letters and notings will be provided.\n<\/p>\n<p>Besides the Appellant would like to inspect the relevant records at the office the PIO on 22 September,<br \/>\n2011 from 10.30AM onwards.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the Appellant on 22\/09\/2011<br \/>\nfrom 10.30AM onwards at the office of the PIO. In case there are any records or file which the<br \/>\nappellant believes should exist, which are not shown to him, he will give this in writing to the PIO at<br \/>\nthe time of inspection and the PIO will either give the files\/records or give it in writing that such<br \/>\nfiles\/records do not exist.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO is directed to provide the informant on query-7 as directed above to the<br \/>\nAppellant ton 22\/09\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is also directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the<br \/>\nAppellant on 22\/09\/2011 from 10.30AM onwards.
