Heard      learned    counsels        for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The    petitioner     is    languishing        in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody       since     24.11.2009          in    a     case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 395 and 397 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              On 16.07.2010 vide Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                   14171 of 2010 the bail application of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner was rejected on the ground that<\/p>\n<p>                   the    bail   application       of    other      similarly<\/p>\n<p>                   situated      accused    person,       namely,        Rajesh<\/p>\n<p>                   Yadav has been rejected vide Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                   12881 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The    web   copy    of    the    order     dated<\/p>\n<p>                   13.07.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41337 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2010 has been produced, let it be kept on<\/p>\n<p>                   record which reflects that Rajesh Yadav has<\/p>\n<p>                   been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering     the       aforesaid        facts,<\/p>\n<p>                   let the petitioner above named be released<\/p>\n<p>                   on     bail      on   furnishing       bail      bond     of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                   of the like amount each to the satisfaction<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        of the learned F.T.C.5, Gaya, in Sessions<\/p>\n<p>        Trial No. 189 of 2010 in connection with<\/p>\n<p>        Barachatti P.S.
