Respondents\n\n\tThe Writ Petition is filed under Article 226  of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.1436\/B1\/2008 DO No.126\/2008 dated 02.05.2008 and quash the same.\n\n\tFor Petitioner    \t   :     Mr. T.Ayngaraprabhu\n\n\tFor Respondents     :    Mr. LSM.Hasan Fizal\n                                           Government Advocate\n\t\t\t\t\t\t-----\n O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition is filed praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.1436\/B1\/2008 DO No.126\/2008 dated 02.05.2008 and quash the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. The petitioner suffered with the punishment for disciplinary charges in and by the proceedings which has impugned in the writ petition. He has also filed an appeal to the second respondent on 24.07.2008 which was forwarded through the Divisional Fire Officer, Villupuram on 05.08.2008. The petitioner furnished proof of services on such appeal. The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. In view of the pendency of the appeal which is not in dispute, this Court is of the view that interest of justice would be served if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal on merits if not already disposed of, within a  period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
