Though notice was<br \/>\nserved, respondent &#8211; workman did not choose to appear before<br \/>\nthe Court.  On 01\/04\/2011 the Court issued Rule and granted<br \/>\ninterim-relief in terms of paragraph No.10(B) subject to compliance<br \/>\nof Section 17 B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 from the date of<br \/>\naward.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.1\t\tThe<br \/>\nCourt issued fresh Notice of Rule on 05\/05\/2011 as well as Notice as<br \/>\nto interim relief returnable on 18\/07\/2011. On 18\/07\/2011 learned<br \/>\nAdvocate for the petitioner &#8211; Deesa Municipality stated that<br \/>\nthe fresh Notice of Rule is served to respondent. Despite that<br \/>\nservice, nobody appears and therefore the learned Advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner was asked to produce admitted signature of the respondent\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; workman so as to prima-facie be satisfied that fresh Notice<br \/>\nof Rule is served to respondent &#8211; workman.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tToday,<br \/>\nlearned Advocate for the petitioner produced number of documents<br \/>\nwherein the signature of the respondent &#8211; workman is admittedly<br \/>\nmade.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the fact that though fresh Notice of Rule is served to<br \/>\nrespondent &#8211;
