RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, JJ\n\n              ================================\n\n                              W.P.(C) NO. 20527 OF 2007\n\n              ================================\n\n                        Dated this the  13th day of July, 2007.\n\n\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph,J<\/p>\n<p>        The   learned   counsel   appearing   for   the   respondents   3   to   5<\/p>\n<p>submits that there is a subsisting agreement between  the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>and respondents 3 to 5.  The learned counsel for the respondents 8 to<\/p>\n<p>13 submits that after filing this writ petition, they have entered into an<\/p>\n<p>agreement   with   the   petitioners   on   07.07.2000.       There   will   be   a<\/p>\n<p>direction   to   respondents   1   and   2   to   see   that   the   petitioners   are<\/p>\n<p>permitted to cut and remove the rubber trees as per the agreements<\/p>\n<p>executed by them with the unions\/parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    KURIAN JOSEPH, JUDGE.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       T.R.
