SHEIKHPURA,\n      DISTRICT SHEIKHPURA. --- OPPOSITE PARTIES\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3     26.3.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                    counsel appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                In this case, learned counsel for the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                    directed to serve a copy of the bail application on the counsel<\/p>\n<p>                    appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2.                   Although<\/p>\n<p>                    Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the informant but nobody<\/p>\n<p>                    appears on behalf of the informant to pursue the matter.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    under Sections 323, 504, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                    Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Apart from other allegations, the allegation against the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner is that after he heard that his mother etc. had assaulted<\/p>\n<p>                    the informant, he took his wife on motorcycle and left her near the<\/p>\n<p>                    station.
